Create a build

Upload a compiled Jar using multipart form data. A successful request returns HTTP 202 with the new build record.

Request body

file: Required Jar file, up to 32 MiB
config: Required UTF8 RR file up to 64 KiB with the Lithium profile

Include each field once. Additional fields are rejected. Let your multipart client set the Content-Type header and boundary.
